The course you have registered for is offered utilizing Blackboard, a web-based course platform, which incorporates interactive components (multimedia, email, chat, web site hyperlinks, discussion rooms, instructor Q&A) in a self-paced, robust learning environment. Write down the URL or "bookmark" this page for your future connections.

• Please make sure to provide your personal email address as soon as you establish your connection. Review the Troubleshooting Tips below for instructions.
• You can now login to your course (refer to the confirmation letter you received for your Userid and Password). 
• Once you have logged in, click on the course link to access your course. Review the “Course Documents” area for important information specific to your course.

Questions concerning the course should be directed to your online instructor.

• When your course account was created, you were assigned a generic email address, which must be updated with a valid email address if you want to receive direct communication from your instructor and other course participants. If you don't have an email account, you can create one with Yahoo or Hotmail.
• To update the Blackboard system with your personal email address:
  • Login to the Blackboard system.
  • Click on "Personal Information" + "Edit Personal Information"
  • In the "email" field delete the existing email and enter YOUR personal email address.
  • Check to make sure that the information you have entered is correct.
  • At the bottom of the screen click "Submit"

You can also edit your personal information from your course by accessing the Tools area and choosing Personal Information. Follow the steps above to update your email address.

All students must have a personal email address.
